This folder is of works that are done in this order: Adobe Illustrator for the outline. Adobe Photoshop for coloring and highlights.

Don't know why I thought sparkly at first, but this is a style I encountered when using a program called SketchBook Express. I also use my new Wacom Tablet on these since this program goes nicely with that pinpointing of brush strokes and whatnot.
